Hunan Province is the birthplace of Moon Swirl. This green tea’s quality is evident by the fuzzy white tips which slowly unfurl with each steeping. The tea is produced in early spring, had plucked from only the top buds, then skillfully rolled by hand, the same way it was hundreds of years ago. One of the many reasons this tea is so high in Polyphenols and Antioxidants.
