Blue Spring

Blue Spring Oolong, known in many areas of China, as the compassionate oolong is steeped in ancient legend. Guan Yin, the Iron Goddess of Mercy, traveling in a drought stricken area came upon a village. The villagers offered the stranger some water. After revealing herself, Guan Yin spilled the water into the dry earth and a blue spring appeared miraculously. Blue Spring Oolong, to this day honors Guan Yin the Iron Goddess of Mercy and with the addition of Mallow blossoms the crystal blue spring.
